Egungun Festival in July attracts visitors from all over the country and the legendary Fire Station is a tourist attraction. Pick up some souvenir at the open markets and shoping complex in town. The Lautech neighborhood is filled  with shopping malls, restaurants and hotels. The Sport Stadium is one of the main attraction in Ogbomosho. Before you conclude your vacation, take a tour of the television and radio station. Go to town and mingle with the town people.

Visiting historic places in the city of Ogbomosho is  a good experience.

The Palace of the king of Ogbomosho (Aafin Ogbomosho) is a good place to start your historic journey, the reason for this is that not only will you see the palace, you will have the opportunity to visit Alagba the famous 324 year old tortoise who is older than everyone in  Ogbomosho. In addition to the palace, stop by the statue of a soldier standing guide in the luscious garden. Nigeria Baptist Theological Seminary is another interesting place to visit. Ladoke Akintola's House is another historic site. Don't forget to pay a visit to the Leper Colony, Keysey Children's Home and the Blind Center.
